All have fabulous mountain and village views with en-suite stone, slate and marble shower rooms.
Master bedroom has both a free-standing bath and separate shower.
Two bedrooms have locally made four-poster beds. One of the bedrooms can be made up as either a double or a twin.
Ground floor cloakroom just off the hallway and an outdoor shower room with toilet.

Things to do

For beaches, head to Cala Deià, the local shingle cove popular with local artists and writers which is walking distance away. Or drive to Puerto de Sóller (20 mins) for its sandy beach and boat club where motor boats can be hired. Puerto de Valldemossa is a 15-minute drive away, with a small, shingle beach, ideal for sunbathing or swimming.
Perfect Charter can tailor-make boat trips, whether it’s a few hours along the coast, or a tour of the coves with snorkelling, followed by lunch at a hidden gem of a restaurant.
A number of aqua-parks can also be found on the island, such as Western Park in Cala Figuera, approx. 40 minutes’ drive away.

Superb walking trails with a number of paths and tracks to follow directly from the villa around the hillside – most are clearly marked with red dots and cairns.
Mallorca Hiking specialises in tailor-made, guided walking tours.
Excellent mountain and road biking routes are featured in the area and Tramuntana Tours offers guided cycling tours and cycle hire from Soller.
Tennis courts can be booked in central Deià as well as tennis coaching.
Beauty therapist can be booked to visit the villa for a relaxing massage or facial, or, visit the La Residencia for its spa and tennis courts.

Close by is La Residencia's restaurant, El Olivio offering fine dining.
The long-established, Bens D'Avall, is considered by many as one of Mallorca's finest and located outside of the village with wonderful cliff top views and sunsets from the terrace.

Nama serves modern southeast Asian cuisine whilst taking in the spectacular mountain views.
Ca’s Patro March located on Cala Deia, overlooking the sea and serving delicious seafood. Featured in the film The Night Manager.

Wander the cobbled lanes up to the romantic 13th century Church of St John the Baptist with its spectacular village and sea views.
Visit the annual fiesta in recognition of the Patron Saint on 24th June.
The church is also the final resting place of one of the village's most famous residents - the poet and novelist Robert Graves.
Take the Deià artists' tour to learn more about him, or visit C’an Alluny, his former home and now a museum.
Enjoy retail therapy exploring the local art galleries and small boutiques.
Visit Soller’s excellent Saturday market.
For more extensive shopping drive to vibrant Palma (approx. 30 mins).
