Elkstones is in the North Cotswolds, on the edge of the town of Chipping Campden, which has a variety of restaurants, pubs and shops.

Chipping Campden is 93 miles from London. The nearest train station is at Moreton-in-Marsh, seven miles away. Taxis can be arranged.

The nearest airports are Birmingham (50 miles) and Bristol (73 miles). London Heathrow is 88 miles away.

Elkstones has its own helicopter landing facilities. The nearest light aircraft airfield is Ullington/Bidford-on-Avon, approx. 20 minutes by car.

  • For keen golfers there are some excellent courses nearby. Just a short drive will bring you to Broadway Golf Club with its wonderful views across the Vale of Evesham, while Naunton Downs and Evesham Golf Club are no more than 15 miles away.

    The area is fantastic for walking with numerous routes available, from local rambles to walking the Cotswold Way.

    For pampering spa days, there’s Cotswold House Hotel and Spa, and the Bamford Haybarn Spa, a luxury wellness retreat at Daylesford.

  • UK houses – Housekeeping during your stay is available at additional cost, upon request. Please discuss your requirements with us before you book.

    Overseas houses – Housekeeping is complimentary at our overseas houses (along with a full team of staff at Godings Beach House, Barbados). Please ask us for details before you book.

    A washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are available at each house for guests’ use.
