The gym pod is a minimalist glass-fronted space fitted with state-of-the-art equipment including Peloton bike, cross trainer, rower and free weights - we can’t think of better motivation to work out than when immersed in the beauty of the surrounding landscape. The 4-seater sauna pod is a serene haven for relaxation, with complete privacy and just steps from the water’s edge making it perfectly positioned for a rejuvenating post-sauna dip. Alternate between swimming in the lake and sauna sessions for copious health benefits plus an invigorating way to start the day.

Sitting on the shore of Lake Windermere, Grey Gables is an impressive and luxurious Lakeland-stone home with incredible views and a range of special extras, including home cinema and games room. The lake house sleeps up to 10 guests in five bedrooms, with interior features such as decorative antlers, warm plaid fabrics and faux fur rugs contributing to its ski chalet/hunting lodge vibe. The NEW lumipods were designed to align with the style of the property, with their cabin-inspired wooden panelling and cosy ambience.

As featured on Sandy Toksvig’s Extraordinary Escapes, Grey Gables is renowned for its acre of garden surrounding the house, with lawns, native grasses and shrubs. What’s more the jetty provides direct access to the water making it the perfect place to tie up a boat or kayak which can be hired at Bowness. The nearest train station is Windermere, approximately 5 miles away and the pretty town of Bowness can be reached in just a couple of minutes by car.
