Should you choose to place a booking to stay at one of our properties we will be required to obtain some personal information from you including but not limited to your name, address, contact telephone number, email address and dietary requirements.
We take responsibility for the protection of your personal information. Should you wish us to organise additional services during your stay such as restaurant or attraction bookings you accept that we may be required to provide certain personal information to third parties and by requesting that we proceed with such bookings you consent to all the information you provide to us being passed on to those third parties. One of our client service team will discuss this with you at the time of your booking.
We may communicate with you by electronic means. By providing us with an active email address, you agree that you are happy for us to communicate with you in this way in order to: advise you of products or services that may be of interest to you; notify you of special offer rates available at any of our properties; advise you of any Website updates; or provide you with any other information that we consider would be of interest to you. The contents of this Policy do not affect your statutory rights under the Data Protection Act 1998.
